Today a local guide takes you on a City Tour that highlights the Citadel, the Halifax Harbour, Pier 21, the Public Gardens and much more. This afternoon see Halifax from a different viewpoint as you board the Tall Ship Silva for an enchanting harbour tour. Following the cruise enjoy leisure time on Halifax's harbour front, visiting the many unique shops, walking along the promenade or eating at one of the many local restaurants. |

Leaving Halifax, we travel the rugged south shore of Nova Scotia and stop at the world famous Peggy’s Cove. The graceful lighthouse sits high upon the smooth wave-worn granite of the coast. We continue along The Lighthouse Route and arrive in Mahone Bay where the architecture is marvelous. The three waterfront churches form one of the most photographed scenes in Nova Scotia. We arrive in Lunenburg, one of Nova Scotia’s most historic and beautiful towns in Nova Scotia and home of the Bluenose. Here we visit the Fisheries Museum to learn the history of commercial fishing in Atlantic Canada. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the waterfront. |
| Day 4 | Bridgewater / St. John, NB |
| This morning, travel north to Annapolis Royal , a favorite stopping place along the Evangeline Trail. The town contains over 150 heritage buildings including the oldest wooden house in Canada. We arrive in Digby where we board the Ferry for a scenic crossing on the Bay of Fundy to the port city of Saint John, NB. This evening enjoy leisure time at the market square located on the waterfront. |
| Day 5 | Fredericton Day Trip |

From St John, we travel to Fredericton, the capital of New Brunswick, a historic and cultural centre located on the St. John River. A local guide will board our coach for an informative escorted tour of this fine city. A short distance from Fredericton, we arrive at Kings Landing Historical Settlement, a lively, authentic village nestled in a majestic setting, depicting one hundred year transformation of a young colony into a vibrant nation. We return to Saint John for the evening. |

Today we visit the Old City Market, a bustling market place where you can browse through the vendors and chat with locals. You will visit the natural phenomenon of the Reversing Falls where the Bay of Fundy tides force the Saint John River to reverse direction. This afternoon we travel through the Fundy National Park, on our way to the Hopewell Rocks to see the Flowerpots. These peculiar formations are forested islands at high tide and resemble flowerpots at low. |
| Day 7 | Moncton / Summerside, PEI |

Our first stop this morning is at the Magnetic Hill in Moncton as you witness your motor coach coasting up-hill with no power. Then it’s off to the fishing village of Shediac for a photo opportunity with the Worlds Largest Lobster. We cross over the magnificent Confederation Bridge on our way to the province of Prince Edward Island. This evening experience the best in Canadian Theatre at the optional Anne of Green Gables Musical at Confederation Centre. |
| Day 8 | Charlottetown and PEI Tour |

Today a local guide will board our coach for a full day of sightseeing including: a City Tour of Charlottetown, Province House National Historic Site and a tour of Prince Edward Island that includes stops at Anne of Green Gables, Cavendish National Park, and the fishing village of North Rustico. This afternoon, sample some of the best preserves in the world at the Prince Edward Island Preserves Company. Tonight you are treated to a delicious traditional Lobster Supper including entertainment. |
| Day 9 | Summerside / Baddeck, NS |

Leaving Charlottetown, we travel to Wood Islands and board our Ferry to Caribou on the Nova Scotia mainland. Via the Canso Causeway, we cross to Cape Breton Island. On our way to Baddeck, we drive along the pristine shores of Bras D’or Lake, where hundreds of bald eagles nest along the shore and the surrounding countryside. At Baddeck, we pay a visit to the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, where we will see the many inventions this genius fostered. |
| Day 10 | Cape Breton Island & the Cabot Trail / Sydney, NS |

Today experience a picturesque trip around the renowned Cabot Trail and Margaree Valley. Along the way we visit Flora's, a wonderful gift shop that features Cheticamp Rug Hooking. We tour Cape Breton Highlands National Park, with stops at Lone Shieling, Pleasant Bay and Neil's Harbour. Spectacular seascapes, sweeping beaches, rare plants and abundant wildlife will all be a part of this wonderful day. |
| Day 11 | Sydney Channel / Port aux Basques, NL |

Following a leisurely morning in Sydney board the Marine Atlantic Ferry and cross to Port aux Basques in Newfoundland. During the 6 hour crossing enjoy the onboard amenities as well as the spectacular scenery. |
| Day 12 | Channel - Port aux Basques / Cornerbrook, NL |
| This morning visit The Gulf Museum, home of a rare 17th century astrolabe, an early navigation instrument recovered from a nearby shipwreck. Travel north through one of the provinces best farming areas into Codroy Valley. Continue on to the west coast city of Cornerbrook, renowned for its world-famous salmon river, The Humber, and fabulous scenery. See Captain Cook's monument, a National Historic Site and view displays of the original charts and maps used by Captain Cook as he surveyed the Bay of Islands. |

| Today Gros Morne Park provides one of the World's great geology lessons. Explore the towering inland fjords and lush park walking trails. Moose, caribou, waterfalls and dozens of unforgettable photographic stops add to the experience of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. View Lobster Cove Lighthouse while in Rocky Harbour. |
| Day 14 | Grand Falls / Gander, NL |
| This morning visit the Grand Falls Fishway and Salmonis Interpretation Centre, Newfoundland's fastest-growing tourism attraction. While at the salmon ladder be sure to catch a glimpse of the legendary "Grand Falls". Travel the scenic rocky coast of Notre Dame Bay to the infamous "Iceberg Alley" to explore the historic town of Twillingate. At the tip of the island visit the Long Point Lighthouse and Interpretation Centre, 300 feet above the sea. |

| Travel south through Terra Nova National Park, then its a hearty afternoon as we travel through the picturesque villages of Heart's Content, Heart's Desire and Heart's Delight. Visit the old Cable Museum where the first Trans Atlantic Cable was landed. |
| Day 16 | St John's |
| Explore North America's oldest city, St John's on a guided tour. Visit Canada's second largest National Historic Park and Signal Hill, and then travel to Cape Spear, home of the oldest lighthouse and the most easterly point in North America. This afternoon is at leisure to shop or take on optional cruise featuring North America's largest Puffin colony and thousands of other seabirds. This evening join your tour director for a farewell dinner with a Screech-In Ceremony. |
